Why can't I dress my Boomkin?

I'm missing something. I need to be wearing oversized swim trunks, a Hawaiian shirt, sandals, and sunglasses. Also, holding a cup of coffee with my wing. I feel naked seeing my feathered fat butt all the time. I'm needing a makeover I guess.
