[:1]I'm not near my system for a while to use the PTR but I am curious to know if the changed made to Unheeded Warning are more beneficial in 4.0.6 than it is now and/or by how much.
I recently nabbed this on the AH for peanuts and am unsure about re-listing the item or using it in conjunction with Unsolvable Riddle or Quicksilver Alchemist Stone in 4.06 but have not seen any numbers being thrown around other than the current numbers which give it a ~200 dps bump on whites.
Yay or nay?
Bump for other opinions or PTR number crunchers.
Look for yawning post on it or on ej. I am pretty sure unheeded becomes bis after patch.
