How is the OoC patch changes effecting resto druids? Does Malfurion's Gift stack up? I've been noticing on my Resto druid that my procs are substantially lower. I'm wondering if any resto's have been having mana issues in instances.
I really haven't noticed a change from when I did H Grim Batol about half an hour ago. OoC is still proccing like a fiend.
